Point a laptop at the PA and this listens. It splits the mic into frequency bands, finds the onsets, and locks a tempo by autocorrelating the flux envelope — no click track, no MIDI, nothing to cue. Each of the   songs carries its own palette and its own parameters, so the picture changes with the set, not just with the volume.
